Role description

For this role, you will be responsible for managing and verifying quality and compliance documentation from raw material suppliers, ensuring alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate, reliable, and well‑structured quality records that support product safety, regulatory compliance, and long‑term data integrity. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong analytical mindset, excellent documentation skills, and a solid understanding of quality systems within the food, flavor, pharmaceutical, or related industries.

Your Mission

  • Support Quality Compliance – Assist in ensuring raw material documentation complies with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

  • Manage Supplier Documentation – Coordinate with suppliers to request, receive, and follow up on required quality and compliance documents.

  • Ensure Document Accuracy – Review and verify supplier documents against master data, specifications, and applicable regulations.

  • Maintain Data Integrity – Record, update, and monitor document status accurately within forms, databases, or ERP systems.

  • Control Document Archiving – Organize, name, store, and archive quality documents to ensure traceability and long-term accessibility.

  • Support Regulatory Readiness – Maintain complete and up‑to‑date documentation to support audits, certifications, and inspections.

  • Enable Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Provide reliable quality documentation to internal stakeholders to support business operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Technology, Science, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in quality documentation, quality assurance, regulatory, or a related role (preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and documentation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Able to communicate professionally in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal

  • Willing to follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety rules

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiar with data management systems, document control, and filing/archiving processes

  • Basic understanding of quality and regulatory concepts related to raw materials (food, flavor, or pharmaceutical industry)

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, and ISO 17025 is considered an advantage
